How do I withdraw funds from my campaign?

Simply click the withdraw button on your user dashboard and follow the on-screen instructions. You can withdraw your balance directly to your bank account

Can I receive donations for my friends?

Yes, on lemonraise friends can receive donations raised for them. Although you will need to show that you're setting up a campaign for someone else, this allows you enter a beneficiary withdrawal information with details different from yours, enabling the withdrawal to be sent to your beneficiary.

How is my donation protected?

World class security and encryption protects our data and all donated sums from all forms of fraud. It is our responsibility to protect your kindness - by protecting your donations. Be rest assured as you donate on lemonraise.

How will I receive the donated funds?

You can get your funds quickly by setting up withdrawals and adding your bank account to enable withdrawals. Bank transfers take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive.

What if I don't reach my goal?

Reaching your goal is not compulsory, we keep track of any donation you receive and incoming donations will be displayed on your progress bar even after your set time elapses.

Are there any deadlines or time limits?

No there aren't deadlines for you to raise funds for your needs, you can keep your campaign running as long as you’d like and your funds will be accessible to you at your convenience.
